What Is Meditation?

What is Breathwork?

 

Breathwork is a powerful yet simple practice that involves consciously controlling your breathing to support your overall well-being. By focusing on the breath, you can calm the mind, release stress, and connect more deeply with your body and emotions. It can be used to boost energy, improve mental clarity, and promote relaxation.

 

Breathwork is accessible to everyone and can be practiced in many different ways, from gentle breathing exercises to more active techniques. Whether you're looking to reduce anxiety or explore personal growth, breathwork offers a natural and effective path of self discovery.

How I create your Breathwork & Meditation plan?

​

I bespoke every session to each individual that I work with.  We will have a short discussion on the phone before we book your first session, then during your first session, we will discuss your pre - completed client form, to see what you would like to work on and how I can help you work towards and achieve your intentions or specific goal.  We will set a plan for you and I will work with you at your own pace. We can adjust your sessions as necessary as we progress through your plan as your goals or areas of focus can sometimes change or evolve as you move through the breathwork and meditation practices.  I like to incorporate affirmations and journaling into breathwork and meditation.  Setting intentions and meditating with these can be highly benefitial for your mindset. Some breathwork and meditation practices use chanting by aligning breath and sound. Chanting breathwork can create a more profound experience by improving focus and creating a better sense of calm.
