Supporting neurodiversity is close to my heart, and it’s one of the reasons I love sharing meditation and breathwork. Our minds and bodies all work in beautifully unique ways, and practices like these give us tools to meet ourselves exactly where we are.

 

Meditation and breathwork are not one-size-fits-all practices. They can be adapted, explored, and shaped to honor different ways of processing, sensing, and being. There is no “right” way to practice, just your way.

 

To me, neurodiversity enriches these practices. It reminds us there are countless valid ways to connect with the breath, find presence, and gently build self-regulation.
