Cancellation Policy

As a small wellness business, I truly value every client and booking. Each appointment is prepared with care and dedication, and your booking represents a commitment of time, energy, and resources. When a client cancels at short notice or does not attend, it can be difficult to refill the slot, which has a significant impact on a small business like mine.

Cancellations by Clients:

  • Full Refunds will be offered for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the day of the appointment, whether it is a treatment (for humans or animals), a 1-to-1 session, or a workshop booking.

  • No Refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the day of the appointment.

 

Cancellations by Me:

If I need to cancel your appointment due to personal circumstances, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the type of booking (treatment, 1-to-1 session, or workshop).
