Peri-menopause and menopause are not just hormonal shifts. They are nervous system transitions.
If you’ve noticed new anxiety… waking up at 3am… hot flushes that can feel overwhelming… or emotions that rise faster than they used to, you are not imagining it and you are not alone.
Hormonal fluctuations directly affect cortisol sensitivity, temperature regulation,
and the way your brain processes stress.
In this workshop, we will explore:
What is happening neurologically during peri-menopause & menopause
Breathwork techniques to regulate anxiety and hot flushes
Extended exhale breathing for sleep disruption
A heart-centred meditation to restore steadiness
Practical tools you can use immediately when symptoms arise
This is a space that blends science, reflection and compassionate support.
And because integration matters, there will also be a dedicated support session after the workshop — a safe, guided space to share experiences, insights and collective wisdom.
Menopause can feel isolating. It doesn’t have to be.
